In line with relevant policies and guidelines, you will be responsible for managing the Data Access and Release Policy including the development, maintenance and review of processes, guidelines and awareness material.
You will prepare high-quality correspondence, briefings and reports which range in complexity and provide advice across the Division on legislative compliance, privacy and fraud matters.
Working with internal and external stakeholders, including specialist legal and technical advisers, you will establish positive productive working relationships including liaison, negotiation and consultation.
Key capabilities:
- Experience in providing advice on complex resource management, contract management and/or budget related matters
- Ability to quickly gain and maintain a sound understanding of legislative requirements, policy and best practice relating to government data and privacy compliance related to health programs and/or systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and show a high degree of initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
