Contribute to the independent contractual, organisational and regulatory assurance provided to Executive Management Lead, plan, oversee and drive a culture of awareness, maturity and continual improvement in Compliance Assurance across the ASPAC Division Exciting opportunity with a global organisation based in Melbourne

You are a dynamic, high performing individual with considerable experience in conducting compliance reviews or internal audits and risk management. You are decisive, driven and detail oriented, and have a collaborative and consultative approach, with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. You possess strong analytical and reporting skills with a relentless focus on excellence balanced with pragmatism borne from experience, and you demonstrate exceptional moral values in all that you do. You are a team player with a can-do attitude that thrives in a challenging environment.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Assurance (Quality & Compliance) and working closely with various stakeholders, you will plan and deliver compliance reviews across the Asia Pacific Division, with each review involving scoping, fieldwork including the identification of process and control effectiveness gaps, reporting and agreement of improvement actions to close gaps. With relevant expertise in functional areas and contracts, you will support other Enterprise Risk Management activities such as risk reviews, business continuity planning, crisis management, etc. Your experience in industry standards will enable you to coach others in these requirements as well as support certification projects across the Division.

To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or Post-Graduate Qualifications Auditor Qualifications Sustained experience in Compliance or Audit positions (+8 years)
Worked within a multi-discipline/multi-function environment Sustained knowledge of relevant industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.) Willingness to travel to other Serco sites
