As a Senior Business Operations Manager you will provide day-to-day management oversight of Underwriting Assistants. Managing resources in the area and implementing improvements to ensure excellence and a continuous improvement of the overall service area.
You will also help optimise internal operations including systems management and testing (PDMS, rating tools, OQS, Rulebook and etc.).
General or Retail Insurance experience is essential, as you'll be streamlining processes ensuring internal operations initiatives align to the overall business strategy.
To be the right cultural fit, you will have strong leaderships skills, have great business acumen and will have excellent relationship building skills.
Experience in General Insurance or Retail Insurance a must have
Background working in a similar capacity for 4 + years
