The Role

As a Case Assessor you will be responsible for verifying and validating the audio files of Superannuation advice given in line with the prescribed process guidance requirements, RG146 is essential, call centre experience would be advantageous.

The duties will include but not be limited to:-

• Collaborating with team members and providing technical assistance to junior assessors on technical and application queries.
• Determine whether Members have suffered financial and/or any other form of detriment, as a direct result of phone calls made. The phone calls may have included incorrect and/or misleading information which may have unduly influenced a Member in providing their investment direction with regards to their superannuation fund(s).
• Providing assistance to Team leads in performing ad-hoc reporting to management as required.
• Contribute to developing and implementing workflow practices to enhance team efficiency.
• Review Superannuation advice given to the client & determine appropriate solution.
• Manage multiple stakeholder arms in order to elicit necessary information.
• Making recommendations based on your knowledge & appropriate regulatory policies & frameworks.

About You

Your role as Case Assessor will involve reviewing the work being undertaken by junior staff working on the project. As such, you should be confident in coaching and talking to your peers, with a strong ability to explain and understand financial advice quickly.

Skills & Experience

• Full RG 146
• Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
