Employment Type: 28 hours (4 days per week)

Duration: 12-month fixed term contract

Remuneration: $ 90,566 - $96,613 + 17% superannuation (to be pro-rated)

Why your role matters

Reporting to the Donor Relations Manager, the Corporate Secretary & Governance Coordinator is instrumental in supporting the Division of External Engagement by providing high-level governance and administrative support to a portfolio of University Boards and Committees. In addition, this role will manage the process of Graduation Speaker identification, invitation management, associated events and stewardship as well as administering the Honorary Degree program.

Who you are

  • ­A self-starter with meticulous attention to detail with an understanding/experience of Governance and Compliance
  • You have excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels whilst coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
  • You will have had relevant experience working in a similar role preparing and committing to quality control whilst practising complete confidentiality
  • A dynamic and confident working with the proven ability to effectively coordinate projects which involve diverse interest groups and providers to achieve strategic goals.
  • You will have an understanding and application of information organisation and retrieval with the ability to research issues appropriately and report findings accurately, both verbally and in writing.
  • You have a high-level business and information literacy
