How will I help?
Reporting to the National Credit Manager, Equipment Finance, you will deliver professional second line credit risk capability for the business by achieving critical business and portfolio outcomes including risk/reward, credit coaching, customer advocacy and operational risk effectiveness.

What do I need?
A strong applicant will have 2-3 years’ credit decisioning/business banking experience, and exposure to equipment/asset finance is highly regarded. You will also have exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and appropriately challenge as required.
