Our Regulatory Risk and Finance Data team is responsible for solving problems and meeting the end-to-end provisioning of data required to meet business and regulatory requirements while ensuring that this data is fit for purpose. The team is accountable for the overall Banking and Financial Services Group Data Governance, Risk and Regulatory reporting solutions, spanning all channels and working across all product lines within the group.
In this role you will be part of the Data Governance and Quality team and will be responsible for improving data governance activities across critical data elements within the bank. Working closely across a variety of stakeholders (Product, Credit, Risk, Finance and Data) to ensure data is of sufficient quality for decision making, portfolio and regulatory reporting.
You will have the opportunity to use your analytical skills to develop an understanding of our businesses and the data supporting analysis and reporting. You will also hone your risk mindset to be able to identify data risks and recommend controls.

We want to hear from you if you have around 2 years’ experience within a data centric role, high attention to detail and enjoy working with a high volume of data points. In this role you will be working with a range of technologies including Microsoft Office, SQL, Alteryx, Data Visualisation tools such as Tableau or other data analytical tools for example Collibra. Alongside technical and analytical skills, you will hone your written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively tailor communications to a diverse range of business and technical stakeholder groups.
