About the team
In Finance Assurance, we work with organisations to help them reduce the financial reporting burden. We advise on finance functions to improve efficiency and effectiveness from the beginning to the end of finance recording to report cycle. We do this through a combination of processes and technology enhancement supported by data and analytical insight.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
We’re looking for someone with:

  • Anywhere from 7 – 10 years of experience in a related field
  • Experience in business development, pipeline generation and sales
  • Extensive experience delivering finance transformation projects that involve technology, process and control activities
  • Demonstrate sophisticated project management of complex finance technology projects
  • Qualifications in an accounting/finance degree and/or CA qualification or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in enabling services related to end to end P2P, O2C, R2R cycles
  • Experience in coaching and guiding other team members in applying tools, guidance, and methodology in delivering projects
  • Well-developed account management and relationship skills
  • Excellent collaborative skills, precision thinking and a dedicated work ethic
  • Experience in enabling services such as the following would be an advantage
  • Procure to Pay, Travel, Expense or Invoice Management and solutions such as SAP Concur, Expense8 etc or
  • Finance Close to Report transformation and solutions such as BlackLine, Oracle Account Reconciliation, Trintech Cadency, Workiva, TM1, OneSource etc.
  • Experience supporting or leading SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or other ERP Finance project is highly desirable.
