Availability to work 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Your attention to detail will be impeccable and you will have an ability to follow a strictly set process from end to end. Comfortable to work autonomously within a fast paced environment dealing with high volumes within set timeframes. You remain focused for extended periods of time whilst maintaining a high standard of work and have good computer operating skill with windows based applications. About the Role:
We currently have an opportunity for Evidence Quality Assurance Specialists to view and verify images and data collected from safety cameras around Victoria. The role requires the review and analysis of the compliance of each camera session before our Verifications team process infringements.
Key responsibilities of this role include review the compliance of our Camera Sessions, perform pre verification of mobile speed and red light films, identify camera set up issues and administration errors, liaise with Camera Operations and Technical Support regarding equipment issues and feedback to Managers regarding procedural, equipment and administrative issues.
We provide personal support to members of the community, to help them access a wide range of Government services, health insurance and public transport information, improve road safety and interpreter services. We provide an exceptional level of customer care across Australia and New Zealand to make a positive difference to people’s lives every day.
Serco’s Traffic Camera Services (TCS) division operates Victoria's mobile safety camera program, maintains fixed red light cameras and provides image verification services to the State of Victoria. We have over 250 dedicated staff working to help reduce Victoria's Road Toll.
