About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and conscientious individual to support the fraud and financial crime division in preventing fraud and fraud losses across the organisation.

In this position you will analyse internet and digital banking payments made by our customers. You will be primarily responsible for making contact with customers to verify the legitimacy of transactions and ultimately mitigate fraud activity. You will document the record of activities related to fraud related tasks and also provide additional administrative tasks to support the Fraud and Security team.

As a member of a highly proactive and passionate team, there is also a focus on remaining well informed of new fraud patterns and trends, and providing input into the continual enhancement of policies, processes and overall strategies to minimise losses due to fraud.
