Your Team:

The Group Compliance team is accountable for the development, implementation, delivery and ongoing continuous improvement of the Group’s Enterprise Compliance Framework and processes, and to ensure the Group and its brands maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, Group Values and Policies and general community expectations.

Your Role:

The Group Compliance Systems Specialist is responsible for contributing to the design, implementation, maintenance and ongoing enhancement of the Group’s Enterprise Compliance Framework, including the product compliance management system.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Supporting implementation of systematic approaches for monitoring key compliance indicators for the Group’s Key Compliance Risks and reporting on performance
  • Administering and maintaining the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Platform
  • Support the development, implementation and launch of interactive, user-friendly tools and learning experiences in support of the annual Group Compliance training calendar
  • Assist the Group Compliance team with reporting requests, including for formal communication to regulatory authorities

About You:

You will be a data enthusiast who takes an analytical approach to problem solving. Your extensive and diverse skillset will include:

  • Experience developing, maintaining and implementing compliance and/or risk controls and systems (preferably in a Retail environment but not essential)
  • Confident communication style that allows you to educate and influence stakeholders
  • Project management skills that has included all aspects of the planning cycle in the past
  • Advanced Excel skills


This position can be based in either our Sydney or Brisbane Support Office with the flexibility to work from home
