Newcastle Permanent Building Society is Australia’s second largest customer owned banking organisation. We are more than 115 years young, employ almost 900 people and have more than 320,000 customers. We help Australians save and purchase homes by offering an incredible customer experience and provide some of the most competitive products and rates available.
Our lending portfolio
Newcastle Permanent continues to face a challenging environment; interest rates are at a historic low and we continue to navigate the global pandemic. In 2020, Newcastle Permanent helped nearly 4,000 customers finance a home, with new loan approvals hitting $1.6 billion. Our organisation continues to drive forward. Not bad!
