Your Experience Will Include But Not Limited To
- Experience with tools like - Splunk, ForgeRock, NewRelic
- Experience in mid to large projects with IAM and its products – ForgeRock architecture (user provisioning, role management, authentication, access control and directory management)
- Knowledge of Service Management and SLA Measures / Metrics
- Advanced problem diagnosis for IAM applications and infrastructure
- Knowledge of Operating System internals, Networking, and High Availability, Failover / Load balancing concepts
- Knowledge of Simulation Environment to identify risks effectively and mitigation techniques
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Scripting experience is desirable. Development experience in Java J2EE would be advantageous
- Good verbal & written communication, technical document writing
