How will I help?

This is a technical engineering role across key Identity and Access Management (IAM) products, designing and implementing complex IAM functionality. As the IAM Integration Engineer, you will serve as an SME for escalations involving the IAM service.

You will work with key stakeholders, including architects, technical analysts, and service owners to provide options and recommendations for solutions to problems and deliver quality outcomes.

You will Contribute to the development of key frameworks and architectures to support the IAM service while collaborating with members of the delivery team, including strategic vendor partners, to refine backlog items, produce detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

What do I need?

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) security domain, across engineering, design, build and/or operations, particularly in financial services or consulting services business lines. Experience in large enterprise environments would be highly regarded.

Experience in major IAM products, such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, IBM Security Suite/Tivoli Security suite, Microfocus NetIQ suite, RSA MFA suite, Ping Identity suite, CyberArk etc as well as experience or exposure to automation and DevOps will be highly advantageous. You will also have solid knowledge and understanding of international security and risk-related standards or frameworks.

You will bring with you a mindset for continuous improvement and are a highly motivated individual who is engaged and proactive - someone who is constantly learning and willing to help others.

Having worked in a similar role you will understand the importance of having exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. An analytical approach to problem solving and the patience to work through a range of queries and issues is something you pride yourself in.
