Job Title: ISO Auditor and Business Development

Reports to: Business owners and directors

conduct onsite and desktop third-party certification and internal audits to ISO standards such as ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 9001 Quality Management, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management

produce a full audit report and nonconformance management sheet for each audit undertaken

work with the office to ensure all follow-up actions are captured and completed

develop and monitor clients audit programs to ensure it remains effective and compliant

deliver in-person and online training to ISO standard and other compliance requirements

provide technical support on various operational matters, proposals, training, and projects

assist with the development of new customer relationships, services, and products.

engage in continuous knowledge development regarding best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards

assist the Directors on general matters when needed

develop technical procedures, templates, and opportunities for improvement for the business and other staff as needed

Person experience and attributes required

experience of conducting audits to the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards

high attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

business, sales, or consulting experience desired

ability to handle confidential information with discretion

exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings

excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential including the ability to relate to people at all levels

ability to prioritise, manage your own time efficiently and work autonomously

enjoy working in a small, busy, and growing team environment

a spirit of co-operation and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude

excellent organisation skills and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Skills and qualifications

Lead Auditor and/or Exemplar Global certified professional (preferred)

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) (desired only)

NDIS Quality Auditor (National Disability Scheme) (desired only)

Completed auditors courses for the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
