The Role
If you can build strong sustainable stakeholder relationships to deliver integrated training and development solutions in a complex, iterative and emerging environment, then this position might be right for you.

As part of the Joint Cyber Directorate Workforce and Training Team, you will conduct analysis, design, development and evaluation of complex learning and education activities. You will provide detailed learning and development professional advice in relation to complex work and contribute to strategic planning, program and project management.

The very nature of Joint Capability requires considerable stakeholder engagement to identify requirements and fully understand the operating environment and the military considerations to meet Cyber Security training needs within ADF.

You will be required to identify, anticipate and respond to stakeholder's needs and expectations to achieve Defence outcomes. The role requires both initiative and judgement in the interpretation of policy and in the application of practices and procedures.

About our Team
Joint Information Warfare Branch is an integrated team of military (ADF), civilians (APS) and contractors (industry) who contribute to developing the Joint force. The Branch has three Directorates- Electronic Warfare, Cyber and Influence Activities.

Joint Cyber Directorate (JCD) is a high profile and fast paced environment responsible for cyber capability development, coordination, plans and engagement across the full spectrum of cyberspace capability. In joining JCD you will support the team in solving highly complex problems and build the future ADF cyber capabilities.

The JCD Workforce and Training team provide support, capability coordination and policy development for the Joint cyber workforce and cyber training for the Defence enterprise. The team engages with stakeholders throughout Defence and industry to plan and develop a high calibre cyberspace workforce.
