An exciting opportunity has opened up to join a passionate and innovative NDIS auditing body, and to make an impact by assisting in the protection of one of the most vulnerable communities in our society. Due to an incredibly high demand, JPS is now seeking experienced NDIS Lead Auditors all across Australia!

About You

We are looking for self-motivated and empathetic individuals with a sharp eye for detail. We want someone who is professional, has integrity, and will abide by the Auditor Code of Conduct. You will always want to do it the right way, even if it’s not the easiest way. You will always look for opportunities to learn and be involved with the team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Represent JPS Audit Specialists with credibility and professionalism
  • Work effectively as both an audit team member and team leader to achieve JPS goals
  • Audit planning
  • Audit compliance of NDIS Providers against the NDIS Practice Standards
  • Completing audits and audit reports within specified timeframes
  • Be able to travel as required

Skills and Experience:

  • Successful completion of a recognised Lead Auditors’ course
  • Successful completion of NDIS Auditor training and an audit log
  • Previous experience as an NDIS Lead Auditor will be highly regarded
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Critical analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Handles pressure well whilst maintaining an approachable attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience as an NDIS Lead Auditor will be highly regarded
  • Sound understanding of and compliance with legislative, policy and regulatory guidelines
  • The ability to identify potential risks in NDIS service environments
  • A current driver’s licence
