A Lead Business Analyst is needed to lead a stream of work in the Regulatory and Compliance space on a Credit Risk program.

Role Overview
A Lead Business Analyst is needed to lead a stream of work in the Credit Risk space. You will be responsible for leading a stream and the BA effort while continuing to work closely with the business to understand Business and data requirements along side general LBA responsibilities.

Skills & Experience
7+ years of overall business analysis experience
Banking and financial services experience is mandatory
Previous banking product experience is mandatory
Credit Risk or Basel III or APS221 experience is mandatory
Strong communication, particularly verbal
Experience leading a stream of analysis as a LBA/SBA
Ability to deal with multiple stakeholder groups concurrently (e.g. Risk, Marketing, Product, Compliance etc.)
