We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Loan Quality Assurance Officer to join our Loan Fulfilment Team. As the Loan Quality Assurance Officer you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a dashboard view for Loan Fulfilment operations to support effective resource optimisation and efficiency of the department.

You will also ensure changes to file requirements have been implemented for files completed by Beyond Bank and FMS, and be accountable for the completion of Standards Checks (audits) in accordance with policy and procedure, completion of loan application hindsight’s from new lending to funding and compilation of daily, weekly, monthly loan fulfilment operational reporting.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Review and capture systemic issues to drive learning and file quality
  • Completion of Loan Fulfilment reporting
  • Maintain feedback loop with Learning and Development department and Hindsight/QA Teams
  • Ensuring compliance is upheld with all regulatory obligations
  • Undertake reporting to track file completion and time in queue
  • Compilation of daily, weekly, monthly loan fulfilment operational reporting
  • Prepare clear, user-friendly release notes/ updates for all system/product changes – operational aspects for Loan Fulfilment
  • Recognise issues/potential problems and identify and implement quality solutions
Desired Skills and Experience

You will possess the following skills and experience:

  • 2 + years’ experience in verification's, pre-assessment, credit administration, Loan administration, credit assessment or equivalent
  • Previous experience with hindsight, loan review,
  • A high level of demonstrable skills using MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint
  • Understanding of the end to end process of residential loans
  • Ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in implementing improved analysis, forecasting and planning
  • Strong communication and time management skills
