As Manager, Regulatory Market Development you'll work on behalf of customers with policy makers, regulators etc. to influence the product road map.

Level Up Collective are excited to be partnering with a high growth tech business to continue building their Australian base following the appointment of a new leadership team. A New Zealand success story and world leader in their field, this fast-growing company has recently listed on the ASX and off the back of a capital raise, are now looking to accelerate their growth in Australia and the USA.

The Role
You’ll be working as part of a small global team that unpacks industry problems and trends, and their implications. You’ll help the organisation navigate the political, legislative and stakeholder environments in Australia by building effective relationships in order to inform and help broker more sustainable and effective solutions for all parties.

You’re responsible for conducting opportunity discovery and scoping, managing and coordinating engagements and research efforts leveraging support from across the business including Business Development, Commercial Sales, Marketing/Communications, as well as Legal, Engineering and Product/Project.

About you
Our client is looking for an effective relationship builder both internally and externally, across a broad array of stakeholders including customers, state and federal departments and industry.

You’ll have a track record working in regulatory compliance, public policy, legislative and/or operational support in the transportation, tolling or technology sectors. Knowledge of the principles and regulatory frameworks that guide health and safety in employment and their intersection with chain of responsibility and safety obligations would be an advantage.

A strong customer focus is essential as you’ll be championing their perspectives as you analyse issues and provide input into policy and regulatory design. An exposure to SaaS products and/or tech implementations will shorten your learning curve.

Working location
Remote working, we get it, it’s the future! Ideally, you’ll be based in Sydney so that you have the advantage of joining the team in the office for collaboration when you want to, but for the right candidate the opportunity can be 100% remote working anywhere in Australia.
