Here is an exciting opportunity to join nbn as New Developments Systems and Governance Program Specialist. Your new role will see you reporting directly to New Developments Governance Manager working with a highly engaged diverse team who all enjoy the flexible work environment nbn offers.

A bit about your role:

The New Development Systems & Governance Program Specialist is a hybrid role requiring program governance skills and a good understanding of the New Developments Appian platform and processes.

The ideal candidate would have exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management at various levels of nbn, across Operations, Build, and our customers. They will have working knowledge of project/program management, business analysis, change management and data analysis within operations and the business environment.

In addition to program governance, they will perform a range of New Development system support and business analysis functions focusing on operational monitoring, operational performance improvements and process improvements to support the New Dev Program Governance Team and Customers.

They will work closely with Appian users across Build for all IT Requests impacting the New Development Program, driving resolution with the SEO Operations and SEO Delivery Teams. They will also be accountable for communication to all New Dev Appian System Stakeholders of any changes and impacts during deployments and support the prioritisation of enhancements.

A bit about you:

Ability to coordinate IT and System issue resolutions and prioritisation across Build ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed, while also partnering with SEO Operations and Build teams to investigate longer term problem tickets and drive resolution in an agreed prioritised manner is key to success in this role. Someone with nbn’s New Developments Appian L1 Support and Expertise is also highly valued.

Someone with working experience in Build projects and programs with demonstrable skills in Issue, Risk and Project Change Management will be looked upon favourably.

The role will involve a lot of stakeholder engagement and your ability to influence and bring them along the journey by making use of data, reporting and analysis is a superstar.

The role will require an individual who is flexible and able to adapt to changing and challenging situations with agility, ensuring that nbn delivers on its commitments to customers, employees and shareholder.
