  • Based out of Melbourne CBD
  • Circa $130k package (base + super), Plus car allowance

Based out of Melbourne's CBD this large organisation is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to implement the Operational Risk Framework to ensure the reduction of risk across the state business units and
sustainable business practices that develop and support a “Risk Aware” culture.

In this position you will be responsible for:
  • Continue to develop and implement the Operational Risk Framework
  • Drive systems, processes and programs to integrate with company requirements
  • Designing and controlling the implementation of these systems through annual operational plans, campaigns, and general programs
  • Articulate and actively demonstrate the organisational culture by modeling the required behaviours and holding others accountable for their actions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive contractor management, monitoring and auditing systems
  • Compliance reporting
  • Building professional and high trust relationships will all stakeholders across every level of the business

To be considered for this position you will have:
  • Strong Risk Management background essential
  • 5+ years proven track record in development and implementation of OH&S, environment, business continuity and enterprise risk management systems management
  • 5 years’ experience in construction, asset management or healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated success implementing HSSE, Quality and Risk systems in a large and multinational organisation
  • A genuine and polished communication style, with exceptional research and writing skills
  • Solid knowledge of federal and state OHS legislation and regulations
  • Develop practical solutions to problems and overcome any resistance in a timely manner
  • An ability to implement and enforce systems and best practices at a national level
  • Degree / Diploma qualifications in Risk/OHS/Environmental Management or equal qualification
  • Lead Auditor qualifications/ Qualified Return to Work Coordinator
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and senior management
