The Company:

We are working closely with a Nationally renowned organisation located within the Western Sydney precinct, who are seeking an experience Payroll Compliance Specialist to join their team. As the Payroll Compliance Specialist, you will be working closely within a large team environment and be involved in a varied capacity.

The Role:

As the Payroll Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

· Maintaining payroll risk & compliance

· Interpreting EBAs and Awards ensuring compliance is adhered to

· Maintaining a high level of data integrity of the compliance register whilst upkeeping the processes documents

· Actively involved in Payroll Audits

· Maintain compliance across all legislative requirements

Your Profile:

You will have a thorough background in Payroll with strong understanding of EBAs, Awards and Tax.
