Current Opportunity

The role of the Executive Assistant is to work closely with the PIC and Melbourne Audit Partners to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Audit team.

A number of your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Effectively coordinate and manage the Partner’s diaries;
  • Assist with all client related matters including, but not limited to reports, proposal and presentation preparation, monthly billings, independence conflict checks and ASIC searches;
  • Process expense claims for Partners;
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing of all client correspondence;
  • Reporting - WIP, productivity, debtors, as required;
  • Arrange meetings, including booking rooms, catering, tele/video conference facilities;
  • Meet and greet clients, as required;
  • Project work, as required;
  • General administration duties.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Ideally, 3 to 5 years PA experience (within a professional services environment would be highly regarded);
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of APS, PIQ and Promaster, Virtual Cabinet is favourable.
