Reporting to the Portfolio Manager you will be focused on the development and management of the following three key areas:
· Risk & Issues Management
· Dependency, Prioritisation and Backlog Management

The Financial Crime Compliance Program of Action (PoA) is a major priority of the CBA Group seeking to enhance and improve the Financial Crime control environment. The Program reports jointly to the Chief Information Officer and the Chief Risk Officer, and is within the Enterprise Services Business Unit. The purpose of the Financial Crime (FC) Program of Action (PoA) is to build and enhance sustainable and effective financial crime capability and operations, ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and effective risk management. The scope covers the entire CBA group and all jurisdictions in which it operates. Your team, the PoA Performance, acts as central point of governance, control and co-ordination to effectively execute, manage and report on the delivery of workstream scope and regulatory commitments.

The Portfolio Governance Manager is required to develop and manage relationships with their assigned teams/business unit, the associated Project Management community and Enterprise Services. You will support the delivery of a group of unrelated projects and/or multi-disciplinary programs within a portfolio, ensuring there is effective governance, prioritisation, resourcing and delivery oversight of the project portfolio.
On any given day you will:
Act as liaison between the Program and stakeholders of portfolio governance functions as require
Effectively develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders such as: Sponsors, Compliance and Risk, BU Finance, and other Business and Enterprise Services representatives.
Identify potential risk and issues from reports
Ensure the correct adoption of the Group's project management tools and methodologies across each of the projects/program
Manage project/program expenditure in partnership with finance,
Analyse the status of the projects/program and provide value add analysis about the general health of the program
We are interested in hearing from people who possess:
Significant experience working in technology enabled change programs and projects
Project management or project office experience
Skills in scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, PMW)
Experience consulting with senior executives
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to get better outcomes for the business and our customers
Organised, self-motivated, high attention to detail and forward planning
Recognised certification in IT project management methodology
