Location: Orange

Our Finance Shared Services team is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Process Assurance Officer to undertake revenue and debt management activities through a shared service delivery model.

About You

You will be a team-player who can manage workflow activities and provide a high level of client support. As a senior member of the team, you will be a key escalation point and a subject matter expert, ensuring that any debt management issues are resolved in a timely manner.

The key to success in this role will be your high level of attention to detail and your proactive approach to work. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience in debt management activities and account reconciliation as well as been effective in communication both written and verbal.
