The mission of the
is to deliver leading Fraud, Financial Crime, Retail Decisioning and Collections enterprise services, which support our customers in Australia and Institutional Divisions and which enable ANZ to meet its customer, risk, regulatory and compliance obligations.
you will enable and inspire a multi-disciplinary squad to pursue its mission. You will bring your experience in fraud systems and technology, working with and inspiring agile teams, to guide the squad on 'what' work should be completed. You’ll work closely with the Technology Area Architect to define, elaborate and deliver against strategic goals of automating and innovating ANZ’s customer protection platforms, and prioritising the backlog with the customer.
Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is an influencing role where you will be galvanising the squad and external stakeholders around a vision and supporting them

What You Bring To The Platform Tech Area-
First and foremost we’re looking for a Product Owner who has extensive DevOps experience who has previously worked within a similar tech area (fraud and customer protection).
Exposure to fraud platforms specifically FICO Fraud management (Falcon) Have technical knowledge (theories) and skills (implement process and tooling)Ability to galvanise a diverse group of people around a common mission engages with others to gain buy-in and act as an advocate for continuous improvement.Knowledge around DevOps, CICD, and Continuous Testing and Automation highly sought.Curious and looking for new opportunities to challenge and improve existing processesProactively identifies, support and drive opportunities for changeProven analytical skills and evidence based decision making
