IFYS Ltd is a Queensland based organisation, offering support to vulnerable people in our communities through Foster Care, Child Safety Out of Home Care, Accommodation, Disability Support and Youth Support programs.

Due to business growth, opportunities exist for a number of Quality and Compliance Officer positions. Consideration will be given to successful applicants for Work From Home arrangements and Part-Time or Full-Time contracts, positions are permanent.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Assist in the development, review and maintenance of IFYS quality documents
• Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement across the organisation
• Support the Manager, Quality and Compliance in the delivery of key IFYS Quality and Compliance short and long-term projects, from concept to completion
• Conduct internal compliance audits and assessments
• Assist with and monitoring corrective actions/plans.
• Conducting feedback reviews for internal and external clients
• Maintaining knowledge of and adhere to quality and industry regulatory requirements, IFYS Ltd. Policies and Procedures and relevant legislation

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Good communication skills - verbal and written
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
• Good planning and organising skills
• Quality auditing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
• A current "C" class licence
• Able and willing to travel to meetings in Maroochydore and to conduct audits across the State
