Due to growth we are looking for an experienced quality and risk professional to join an established Safety Quality & Risk team and work in partnership with our Disability Services (NDIS) portfolio. Calling upon your knowledge and understanding of quality standards, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business by assessing clinical trends and highlighting risks across our facilities, providing advice on areas for improvement in line with best practice. What can you expect to be doing? Provide advice to improve and monitor the effectiveness of clinical governance processes and systems related safety, quality and risk Evaluate, monitor and measure quality of care and services and recommend areas for improvement Implement key quality and clinical governance projects with specific focus around customer experience and care, incorporating risk management principles Develop and maintain quality standards and benchmarks and associated policies, standards and procedures to guide staff to achieve high quality customer outcomes Support the operational business in quality assurance activities, providing advice with regards to audit and compliance matters including training and education Conduct internal audits as required to measure performance against agreed standards in preparation for external accreditations and compliance standards What do you need to bring? Previous experience working in Quality Assurance or similar role Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) with the ability to work in a team environment Ability to guide and educate managers Strong analytical skills to investigate, identify key drivers, mitigate risk, identify solutions and provide advice accordingly Skills in risk management and incident management, conducting audits and developing continuous improvement action plans Knowledge of NDIS would be highly regarded AnglicareSA is committed to ensuring that our workplace is safe and free from known risks to the health and safety of employees, volunteers, students, and customers.
