Our Quality & Risk Business Partner will support and assist all of our services to assess, manage and monitor risks within our business. 

We work within a fast paced and dynamic environment! The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships and contributing to the delivery of meaningful outcomes for our staff and the people we support within a constantly changing internal and external environment. 



  • Previous experience in a Quality and/or Risk Management role.
  • High level of proficiency in assessing and mitigating risks and developing safe operating processes and procedures.
  • Experience in monitoring, reporting, problem solving, and continuous improvement in relation to quality and risk.
  • Expertise in managing productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, while working from a consultancy / business partner perspective.
  • High level strategic thinking skills, including the capacity to exercise sound judgement and develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
