About The Company

Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer looking to expand their team at their brand new manufacturing facility in the west of Sydney.

About The Role

As the QA Technician, you will be the right hand to the Quality Control Team Lead, having worked in the FMCG industry for at least 1-2 years. You will be responsible for:
  • Approving quality cycles by helping with keeping up item details and quality ascribes, estimating creation, recording proof; deciding operational and execution capability; composing and refreshing quality confirmation methods
  • Assist with investigating customer complaints
  • Coordinating Quality systems including internal audit, HACCP, Consumer Complaints, document control and NCR systems
  • Planning quality documentation and reports by gathering, examining and summing up data and patterns including, bombed measures, stability studies, restorative activities and grievances. All out of particular outcomes will be sent quickly to the important QA faculty for follow up
  • Assisting in rollout of required corrective actions resulting from validations / verification activities
  • Guaranteeing all necessary microbial, compound and crude material examination is led and the pertinent documentation is finished precisely and ideal way for both inside and outer testing.
  • Archiving, controlling and giving an account of the Non-Conformance and Corrective Action prerequisites
  • Ensuring all employees are trained
  • Assisting in maintaining all requirements of the Quality Management System
  • Ensuring employees maintain the requirements as set out in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) at all times
  • Setting up, using and maintaining laboratory equipment and instrumentation
The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
  • Demonstrated competency in HACCP Principles and Applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of complex Quality Management Systems
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Highly organised with time managements skills
  • Computer literate, skills in excel and word and ability to write effective procedures and design forms / spreadsheet
