Government agency looking to add a regulatory insurance manager to their team. Sydney CBD based

Your new company
Our client is a government agency based in Sydney CBD that advise the government on regulatory best practise within the Public insurance space. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add a Regulatory Manager to their team to assist and supervise a relatively new team.

Your new role
Working as a Regulatory Manager you will;

  • Act as 2IC for the team
  • Provide advice, insight and recommendations on regulatory best practice to ensure the best outcomes for customers.
  • Analyse data and identify any emerging high risk trends or patterns of non-compliant activity
  • Guide and support the team to achieve business outcomes

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as a Regulatory Manager, you will have;

  • Extensive experience in General Insurance products preferably within Motor or CTP claims
  • An ability to manage and deal with complaints
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritise and effectively manage a busy workload
  • An analytical mindset with an ability to provide insight based on experience.
