We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Loan Fulfilment team. Reporting to the National Loan Fulfilment Regulatory Specialist this role will actively support day to day requirements and the long-term plan to meet business and industry regulatory changes. As the Regulatory Reporting Consultant you will be responsible for completion of exception reporting, remediation recommendations, general ledger reconciliations and regulatory changes support.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Identify process improvement opportunities in collaboration with Loan Fulfilment Leaders and Senior Manager Loan Fulfilment
Analyses, designs, and implementation of process improvement changes
Assisting in the development and delivery of an internal reporting framework that relates to regulatory matters
Utilising your strong data and analytical skills, you will be responsible for importing, cleansing, transforming, validating, aggregating, and analysing data from various sources as required
Ensuring compliance is upheld with all regulatory obligations
Daily, weekly monthly reconciliation and end to end responsibility for all general ledger maintenance and reconciliations
Recognise issues/potential problems and identify and implement quality solutions
Desired Skills and Experience
You will possess the following skills and experience:
2 + years’ experience in verification's, pre-assessment, credit administration, Loan administration, credit assessment or equivalent
A high level of demonstrable skills using MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint
Understanding of the end to end process of residential loans
Experience in end to end process mapping and documentation.
Strong analytical and communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management
Conveyancing experience or background is desirable
Knowledge of power of attorney’s, Deceased Estates and individual Land Registry office procedures and requirements is desirable
