Your New Opportunity
Would you like to manage the entire contract and prudential compliance cycle for a portfolio of Aged Care facilities? Reporting directly to the Revenue Director, you will champion lead a talented team of 2.5 FTE highly skilled professionals.

  • Accounting or business qualifications and a continuous growth mindset
  • Deep contract and receivables experience in an Aged Care setting
  • Expert knowledge of ACFI, RAD, and legislative compliance
  • Business partnering with the broader Revenue Team and facilities
  • Advising on contract/funding variances and agreement execution
  • Guiding ebusiness, admissions, respite, discharges, ACAT approvals
  • ERP and tech-savvy with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Training others in compliance and advisory best practice
  • Steering positive team culture and commitment to deadlines
  • Innovative, tolerant, resilient, detail-oriented, and empathetic
  • A clean criminal record check and positive references
