The Position: In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing risk frameworks and registers, supporting a system of risk and working with the Executive and Board to enable the identification and tracking of strategic risk and supporting the development of risk related policies, processes and activities. This position is an organisational-wide resource across all areas of risk and will support the integrated and effective functioning of activities and processes to meet accrediting bodies' standards and compliance with legislation relative to risk management. This position is offered at 0.8eft for an initial 12 month fixed term with potential for the role to become ongoing. Key Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in either Risk/Quality Management, Health or Community Services with a minimum 3 years' experience in a Risk, Compliance or Quality Management role * Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contemporary risk management practices and standards in accordance with AS/NZS ISO-31000:2009 Risk Management Principles and Guidelines. * The proven ability to develop, implement and manage complex and high level risk work adopting contemporary methodologies. * Demonstrated knowledge of methods of data collection, with the proven ability to create systems and analyse complex data to produce meaningful reports and develop recommendations for improvement. * Excellent verbal communication skills including the demonstrated ability to engage and motivate staff, promote and teach risk management and quality improvement methodology to all stakeholders.
