About the Role
Your principal objective would be to maintain, embed and continually improve the Risk Management Framework throughout the organisation by ensuring Enterprise Risk Management policies and processes are maintained, embedded and effectively understood and adhered to by all areas of the Bank. The focus of this role is also to provide risk management training, design and distribute reports containing leading and lagging risk indicators and report on the effectiveness of controls to senior stakeholders.
You will support the GM Risk oversee all aspects of the Risk Management Framework including responsibilities for ongoing continuous improvements to the framework itself and tools, techniques and methodologies employed to ensure it is a valuable first line management tool.
