We are seeking a Risk Officer to join our team. The role is full-time, working an average of 70 hours per fortnight with one Rostered Day Off every 4 weeks.

You will work closely with the WHS & Risk Coordinator and other relevant stakeholders to drive a proactive risk management culture and lead the continuous improvement of Council's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

You should hold a tertiary qualification in risk management (or related discipline or equivalent industry experience), have a comprehensive understanding and application of relevant legislation and regulations, and comprehensive knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and practices.

Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to undertake risk audits and formulate responses is essential.

We offer a salary range of $2801-$3152 gross per fortnight (based on skills, qualifications and experience) plus superannuation.
