Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, Corporate and Technology Risk, you will advise and provide oversight and assurance over the effective execution of technology and cyber risk, ensure effective implementation of the Operational Risk Management framework, and actively uplift technology and cyber risk capability for the CFS Group.

On any given day you will:

• Provide Risk Management advice, oversight and assurance for technology & cyber risk for CFS;
• Assess and make recommendations in relation to the management or acceptance of technology, cyber, system resilience, and recovery risks;
• Oversee and provide assurance to the effective implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework within CTO related to technology & cyber risk, including the technology aspects of the CTO risk appetite statement;
• Provide Line 2 reporting and analysis of technology, cyber, resilience and recovery risks to the Executive Leadership Team and the Board;
• Provide a strategic view to Executive Management of the effectiveness of technology & cyber risk within CTO and across the Group. This includes communicating the 'bigger picture' as to how technology & cyber risk management activities within CTO assist the Group and its business units to achieve their objectives;
• Lead the oversight and monitoring of key technology & cyber risks, issues and incidents;
• Lead deep dives, assurance testing & validation over key technology, cyber, infrastructure, system resilience, and recovery risks and controls.

• Extensive experience in Technology and Cyber Risk Management;
• Strong understanding of Operational risk and Compliance principles, frameworks and industry practices;
• Commercial acumen balanced with proven technical expertise resulting in pragmatic and relevant business risk management outcomes;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex and senior level stakeholders with exceptional communication skills;
