About COVID-19 Quarantine Victoria COVID-19 Quarantine Victoria (CQV) is responsible for Victoria's COVID-19 accommodation response, including quarantine for returned overseas travellers and emergency accommodation for people unable to safely isolate in their homes. Infection prevention and control is our primary objective and is supported by a proud and committed workforce across frontline operations and corporate functions. About The Role The Senior Advisor, Risk Management is responsible for the day-to-day support of the programs that address risk management of continuing business activity. Travel within the greater Melbourne area to COVID-19 accommodation sites may be required. Occasional travel to other locations within Victoria may be required. Day to day responsibilities include:
* Manage CQV's first line business continuity assurance process, reviewing business continuity plans against the requirements outlined in the Business Continuity Policy, and supporting business units to address opportunities for improvement. * Lead and coordinate the business continuity program planning cycle within CQV, supporting business units to exercise, review and update their business continuity plans. * Develop business continuity plans and provide specialist support and advice on aspects of CQV's business continuity program, supporting second line assurance processes. * Collaborate and influence stakeholders to adopt and adhere to risk management principles, policies, and guidelines set by CQV.
About You We are looking for the right person to have:
* Demonstrated experience in leading the administration of regulatory frameworks in a complex, risk sensitive environment. * Knowledge of risk management standards – an understanding of ISO 31000 and 22301 is mandatory for this position. * Knowledge of business continuity standards - an understanding of ISO 22313 is highly desirable.
