Senior Associate/ Analyst - Change Management - Enterprise Risk – Operational Risk and Governance Division Sydney
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Risk Management Group’s Operational Risk & Governance Division for a Senior Associate/ Analyst with an interest in the management of Change Risk. In this role you will provide Line 2 oversight and support across our Change Management risk framework.
The role of Operational Risk in Macquarie is to form an independent view of Macquarie’s operational risk profile and effect change in operational risk management and culture across the Macquarie Group.
In this role you will be part of a team within Enterprise Operational Risk with responsibility for developing and implementing a change management risk framework, including the policy and the associated supporting framework elements. You will support the development of the framework and contribute to the development of change management and training activities in support of the framework’s implementation. You will support continuous improvement activities, including thematic reviews of change related issues, incidents, risk profiles and lessons learned.
As you will sit within a broader Enterprise Operational Risk team, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad set of enterprise operational risks. You will have experience in financial services risk management and experience in change risk would be a plus.
