Senior Business Analyst - Service Management (ITSM)

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and document clear business requirements for their data management tools, including new use cases and enhancement requests
  • Train and support their broader project and data community on good data management practices in a project environment
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on their data governance tool set

Skills:

  • Hands on project experience in multiple delivery methodologies, including Agile
  • 5+ years Business and Technical Analyst experience, working with data
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a passion for championing change
  • Experience working with business and technical project stakeholders to translate business requirements into data requirements / user stories used for solution design
  • 5+ years' experience with Metadata Management solutions, preferably Collibra

Essential Experience:

  • Financial Services industry experience
  • Regulatory reporting experience
  • Exposure to/experience of operational risk management
