Your primary responsibility will be to unlock latent potential in clients technology capabilities and resources by quickly gaining an understanding of the client’s business context, working with the client to identify how technology can positively move those levers and lead the client through transformational implementation.
A day in the life of this role you will be:
Dive deeply into the value chains of our priority verticals, such as agriculture and manufacturing, in order to understand where value opportunities are
Work with our clients executives, IT management and technologists to shape strategy, frameworks and operating models that will support the clients overarching strategy
Understand and be able to articulate the value gained from adopting common frameworks and methodologies, such as NIST for cyber, ITSM for service delivery and Agile Scrum for project delivery
Develop and continually improve pattern based delivery models for common client needs, to ensure we offer rapid results with predictable, quality results
Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking system prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
More specifically, you will:
Partner with our client stakeholder teams, across various business units, along with fellow internal experts, to gather, validate and document matters of strategic interest such as the client’s digital landscape, technology needs, IT risk and opportunities for digital transformation
Communicate effectively and efficiently with production, managerial and executive teams
Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement
Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts
Assess the performance of technical business units to determine whether business requirements and objectives are being met
Delivering projects on time and on budget through effective project management, collaboration with the team and exemplary client engage.
Ensure work is conducted with a high level of care and diligence and, where applicable, conclusions being drawn and recommendations being made have been carefully tested, thoughtfully considered and presented in an appropriate manner.
Acknowledge that relationship with clients is often a close partnership and, as such, prioritise the building and fostering of client relationships
Stay across current industry environment and best practices to drive successful project development and assist in organisational best practices
Ensure that clients businesses are positively transformed through your contributions.
