ABOUT THE ROLE.
Based in the heart of Parramatta, you will be managing an Enterprise Risk portfolio and provide dashboard insights to the business area for risk mitigation and strategic purposes. Producing reports, establishing a risk framework and consultation with key stakeholders will be the main responsibilities of this position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Develop and implement quantitative and qualitative risk reporting framework.
Deliver reports on performance of Enterprise Risks, Strategic Risks, Portfolio/Program risks and Operational risks, Risk Appetite and other operational risk reports.
Prepare accurate reports for the Board and its Committees, and Executive on identified organisational risks.
Understand the needs of business and specify the risk reports that are required to be generated by the risk management and information systems & tools.
Monitor and control the communication of all reports generated by risk systems and tool on risk data.
Design and develop accurate and insightful reports and user-friendly dashboards.
Integrate appropriate risk reports and dashboards into business performance and planning reporting.
Monitor and control all reports on risk and related data from systems and tool that are used to record, maintain and communicate risk data.
Maintain and improve Risk Register and Risk Management System, as required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
A strong background in developing and implementing quantitative reporting frameworks and processes.
Ability to handle technical development and programming of reports using reporting tools e.g. Power BI, Microsoft Excel (advance level) or other business intelligence tools and languages.
Strong background in risk management, risk management systems and risk management processes.
Expert level knowledge of using predictive data analysis and statistical modelling is a must.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
