Oversees the coordination of customer service and support activities which may include the delivery of pre- and post-sales services, customer care and retention, installation, technical support, repair, and maintenance of organization’s products.
Working at NTT
Provide leadership and support to the Security engineering team in Melbourne/Sydney
Manage the resourcing requirements of a 24x7 on-call operation, including but not limited to, shift hand-over, operational guidance, ad hoc support requests and escalation.
Be available to provide “out of business hours” support via roster or situations such as Major Incidents.
Continually evaluate and improve work process, systems and practices within the team.
Monitor and develop the team’s high standard of technical and professional skills. This includes working to further develop the team’s level of ITIL Compliance, SLA Performance and Client Satisfaction
Ensure each team member has a Career Development Plan and that staff performance management reviews are completed in line with NTT’s policy.
Assist with recruitment of permanent and contract staff.
What will make you a good fit for the role?
Highly developed leadership and people management skills.
Experience in an outsourced delivery environment where both Managed and Professional Services were being delivered.
Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of IT Security and Networking technologies.
Planning and administrative ability, including basic project management.
Proven track record of achieving business targets and operational performance metrics.
Strong internal and client relationship management skills.
Prior experience in managing the technical delivery team.
Prior experience and/or training about the ITIL Services Framework is desirable
Master or Bachelors Degree in Network Security, or Computer Science, or Engineering, also desireable
