Talent Acquisition is responsible for the strategic and operational planning and execution of all recruitment activity within CBA. We support business leaders to attract, select and hire the best talent to meet the Group's current and future workforce needs.

We looking for great Sourcing Partner to join our Risk Talent Acquisition Team. Your expertise is in building candidate relationships/pools and you have a track record of sourcing and engaging directly with external talent.

Do work that matters:

As a Strategic Sourcing Partner, your role is key to delivering the right talent at the right time to support the Group's vision.

You will collaborate closely across a large Talent Acquisition community to continuously improve our service offering and execution in all of these areas.

You will report directly into the Talent Acquisition Manager and your key responsibilities will include but won't be limited to the following:

  • Proactively engaging passive Risk talent and assess their capabilities
  • Work with our Talent Acquisitions Partners to ensure we are sourcing and engaging talent to align to this critical job family
  • Work with the team on Sourcing strategies
  • Share key market insights with the team and hiring managers
  • Gain a sound understanding of designated business units and ensure recruitment is aligned to their requirements and strategy
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, providing a level of service that is both proactive and consultative
  • Build, manage and maintain talent pools from both the passive and active job seeker market, using them as a first source for all recruitment activity
  • Collaborate with the wider TA community to support key projects and initiatives aligned to our Group TA Strategy
  • Identify and execute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation throughout the recruitment life-cycle.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • You are a recruiting professional from a fast-paced in-house, on-site, or agency environment
  • You are experienced in utilising assessment methodologies as a tool to supporting hiring decisions
  • Previous experience recruiting/sourcing Risk professionals
  • You have a track record of leveraging a variety of sourcing channels strategies to attract diverse talent
  • Proven relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills within cross-divisional teams and across a broad range of stakeholders
