We are seeking a Superintendent Systems and Governance to join an inclusive team which is challenging the status quo. Reporting to the Manager Asset Systems and Governance your role will be to provide leadership to a team focussed on the strategic management of OS internal and external obligations, supporting systems, processes, assurance activities and initiatives.
You will have responsibilities for:
Execution of assurance activities to ensure OS compliance with key internal and external requirements.
Collaborating with senior leaders to implement routines and changes that will drive effective management of risks across all facets of Operations Services.
Utilising a range of tools and to provide meaningful insights into performance against requirements and opportunities for improvement.
Developing practical plans, aligned to OS strategic objectives that align and stretch the team to achieve high performance.
