What this job involves:

Lead Supplier Performance Management process to drive performance and maintain pipeline of value delivery.

Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with JLL-approved vendors.

Meet with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.

Conduct research on available Market trends, Technology and product quality.

Conduct interviews with new vendors and inform approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.

Establish standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.

Evaluate current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.

Support (first line) on supplier performance and issue resolution.

Work collaboratively with Global Procurement on globally owned categories and ensure consistency with execution of category strategies.

Create policies and procedures to govern supplier performance and achieve government compliance.

Coordinate with Legal, Contracts, Sourcing and other stakeholders as necessary to ensure continuity.

Implement metrics, monitoring and reports using supplier scorecards for key suppliers. Provide education and training.

Work with senior management and account leads to define & create strategic supplier relationship program.

Facilitate effective subcontractor performance with program objectives and requirements.

Conduct timely assessments of supplier contracts and change orders to identify areas of potential non-compliance, adverse supplier performance and other issues that could have an adverse impact to the company in order to effectively communicate, track and abate Supplier risk elements.

Assist in identification and mitigation of supplier risk on multiple levels.

Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree (Economics, Business Studies/Admin/Management, Commerce, or any other related discipline) or Industry Certification (MCIPS etc.)

7+ years’ experience working in Procurement

Exposure to government procurement an advantage.

Experience in dealing in the Pacific region would be well regarded.

Experience in Facilities Management or In-Directs Category management an advantage
