ABOUT THE ROLE
The Systems Group Performance & Risk Analyst is responsible for analysing and reporting on the performance of Systems Group operations and significant projects/ initiatives to enable effective risk management and improvement of outcomes and efficiencies.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and self-directed individual to join our Systems Group Governance team in the Systems Group Strategy and Enterprise Architecture unit. Your technical risk related background in IT will be desirable in this role. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in establishing performance and risk analysis and reporting systems appropriate to IT operations and significant projects, including significant experience in analysing IT operations and/ or project performance and risk issues.
You will have excellent project management skills and ability to build and maintain an IT project portfolio plan ensuring that it reflects the contents of the Enterprise Project Management Office equivalent plan. The role requires considerable stakeholder collaboration and customer engagement with strong commitment to achieving business aligned outcomes. You are diplomatic and consultative in your approach but will be able to balance commercial imperatives within a challenging and complex program. You will also have excellent analytical skills and data driven approach to evaluate effectiveness of IT performance and risk analysis systems and tools to identify, propose and implement continual improvement initiatives.
