Job Title: Technology Compliance Assurance –Lead Analyst

Location: Sydney

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage Technology Compliance Assurance Analysts and the teams assigned workload.
  • Manage escalation of issues identified with or by Technology Compliance Analysts.
  • Implement upskilling and cross training programs for Technology Compliance Analysts.
  • Participate in the ongoing review and update of all of Technology Compliance Assurance operational process related documentation.
  • Manage the Technology Compliance Assurance Analysts workload and provide weekly status report.
  • Work with the Technology Compliance Assurance Operational Lead to coordinate Quarterly User Access Reviews [UAR] and Monthly termination controls and perform peer review.
  • Assist the Technology Compliance Assurance Design Manager to coordinate audit related activities assigned and/or managed by Technology Compliance Assurance Analysts, this includes and is not limited to SOX, PCI, NIST, ARC, ITGC related activity.
  • Assist with Technology Compliance Assurance Operational Lead to address deficiencies in the operating of technology management controls and assist with coordinating documentation and remediation action.
  • Ensure operational standards of excellences are maintained and work with Technology Compliance Assurance management team on continual improvements.


  • 7+ years’ experience in IT risk management, IT Compliance with a professional services background in IT application and infrastructure
  • Formal education and/or experience in IT Risk Frameworks and standards such as SOX, PCI, NIST, COBIT, COSO [ITGCs] and Cyber Security
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when completing operational activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manager a small team of technology compliance assurance analysts.
  • Ability to manage and priorities workloads to ensure agreed timelines are meet.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of operational procedures to ensure quality outcomes.
