Job Description


We are a busy Western Australian Port that places the highest emphasis on our people, customers, and community in conducting our daily business. We are excited to commence the search for a WHS Advisor to join our team. 

As a WHS Advisor you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy workplace that complies with all relevant WHS legal jurisdictions. To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor of Science (Health Safety & Environment) or equivalent;
  • A thorough knowledge of relevant legislation;
  • Experience as a Safety Coach with a proven record for embedding a positive safety culture;
  • WHS/OSH experience in the marine, mining, construction or similar industries;
  • Experience in incident investigation and reporting;
  • Experience in conducting compliance audits;
  • Experience in developing and delivering training packages;
  • Sound report writing skills; and
  • Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems.
